About: Always Joyful

Over the past few years I have felt God's leading to share my experiences in life, particularly relating to being a wife and mother.  Prayerfully, I have asked the Lord to show me what it is he would like me to share, and I was brought to this verse:

I Thessalonians 5:16-18
"Be Joyful Always; Pray continually; Give Thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus"

So, this blog is intended to encourage, uplift, and draw people closer to the Lord.  Sit, read, and enjoy!


About: Me

My name is Tara.  I claim many titles in my little, insignificant life.  First and foremost, I am a Child of God; gratefully saved by Grace.  I am a wife of four years married to the love of my life!  I am a mother to two beautiful children who keep my life busy yet so incredibly happy.  I am a daughter to an amazingly strong mother and a father who went to be with our Lord nearly 7 years ago.  I am a sister to three wonderful ladies who have blessed me beyond belief.  I am a stay-at-home mom, homemaker, aspiring seamstress, crafter, avid organizer, baker, writer, and basically anything else that sounds like fun!
 

About: My Family

I was married to my sweetie in the spring of 2009 and our family grew to three in the summer of 2011 when our first child was born.  In the winter of 2013, our family of three became four! Our nearly two year old son is full of laughs and silly dances.  He always has a smile on his face and loves to sing at the top of his lungs.  Our daughter is nearly 6 months old and is one of the happiest little babies I have ever met!  She giggles and coo’s at big brother and daddy, and is perfectly content in mommy’s arms.  We are your average growing family trying to follow God’s leading in our lives!
